OK guys to me this is funny. I was cleaning out my bathroom and in one of the drawers i found a sd card so i loaded it up and it was from 4 years ago. Here are just a couple pics from it. They arent the best quality. I i remember correctly this was after we had gotten a new camera and i was trying to figure it all out. Anyway. I cant believe how little the kids were. Well young cause looking at them there was no "little" about it. enjoy.
So this is just a little post about a few things the kids did or said. Sorry no pics.
First of all Vicki bought High School Musical 3 the other day. For those of you that dont know...Leighton is in full teeny bopper mode. Hannah Montana didnt last long. We are now on to Jonas brothers. She is IN LOVE. Anyway so Monday night we had a movie night and all sat in the living room with blankets and watched it. Even Andy. He is such a brave dad. lol It was a great time.
Now on to Steven. He has changed so much. he is so out going. loves to help. I wish i would have had a picture of this but andy didnt tell me. Andy was out working on his truck the other night and was on his back underneath it. Well laying right there besides him was Steven just working away and asking questions. He would get tool sand crawl right back under. Wow. they are growing up.
Jacksons little story has to be one of my favorites. We took all the kids fishing at cleburne state park on sunday with some friends. We were there all day and Jackson was so into the fishing even though they never got a bite. Anyway after a long day at the lake we all went to chilis to eat. All 6 of the kids were awesome but they were so tired so by the time we got home all three of our were sound asleep. We carried them out of the car and put them to bed. Afterward Andy took the boys fishing poles out of the truck and brought them in to clean them and take the poor worm off the hook. Well the last time jackson saw his pole there was a worm on it so when he woke up the next morning and looked at his pole this is what he did. He went running down the hall calling for brother and then out of his cute little mouth was this" Broder....Our worms turned into metal" It was so cute how he though that the hook was his worm and it had just turned into metal over night. Oh out of the mouths of babes.
Our sweet "little" boys turned 5 on February 7th and we had a great time at their party on February 8th despite the weather. The boys were so fortunate to have their cousins and all their new friends their. Andy and i cant believe how big they are getting. Come August they will be in Kindergarten. tear. I dont have any pictures for this post just yet but i guarentee they will come. Actually i think i will post pictures from the kids first sports seasons. It willbe fun to see how they have grown. Anyway. After having a couple months off sports are back and i full effect. Most of you know the boys play baseball and Leighton switches between cheerleading in the fall and soccer in the spring/summer. THis makes for crazyness at our house but we LOVE it. We love watching them and cheering for them. This will be our 4th season to coach the boys babeball team. We have some of the same kids which is great because they have become the twins best friends. Leighton got on a GREAT soccer team this year will 9 of her friends from school and we are so excited that she will actually learn things this year. She also moved up age groups so she now plays with a goalie. What a great season it will be. So far this is what our schedule will be like

of course this will change as the season really gets started but still so busy. LIke i said though. WE LOVE IT!!!
Andy took Leighton to the first annual Daddy Daughter Valentines Dinner for the Alvarado ISD Last night. Leighton felt so special just having some time with her daddy and getting to get all dressed up. Andy even ordered her a coursage. Her first. tears sniff sniff tears. She is getting so big. Any way she had the best time and was talking all about it this morning. I have to say that Andy is the best dd i could ask for for our children. He loves them so much and is so involved in everything they do. I am so thankful for him. Love you Babe.
