Gotta love soccer season

SO i havent posted any pics of Leighton playing soccer on here and i have to say they are a must see. She is doign so good this season. We love soccer season. I think we find ourselves waiting for soccer and t-ball games to come around. Leighton has had 3 games this season and has scored 6 goals total so far. Last season she scored 2 all season. what a change. Enjoy the pics.

Spring break activities

Even though our spring break was filled with lots of dr appts and sickness we managed to squeeze in a couple fun activities. We took the kids to paint pottery at a great little place in Arlington and of course we had our trip to the zoo. 2 adults and 6 kids it was a challenge but very fun.

what a day

Wow!!What a day we had today. Vicki and I took the boys to ride Thomas the train. It was so fun. Then we had the boys first t-ball game of the season. It was so neat watching them. They still have a lot to learn but they are having fun and that is ALL that matters. Enjoy the pics.

Leightons dr appt

Hey guys,

Leighton had her dr appt today. Andy and i think it provided good insight as to what has been going on with her. First of all her tonsils and adenoids are enlarged and enflamed. Those deffinatly have to come out. Also apparently her ears are, in the dr's words, "A mess" He thinks that she may have been having mild ear infections and we just havent known because she really has a high pain tolerance. This means that when they go in to remove her tonsils he will evaluate her ears and there is a good chance he will put tubes in her ears. We were told to expect a recovery time of a week to a week nd a half and she wont be able to speak for a few days. Hopefully this will solve all the fever mess. I will let you know as soon as we schedule the surgery. The earliest it will be is April 16th. thank you for your prayers and we will keep you updated;.

Saturday morning March 29 boys have t-ball game in Alvarado 10am
Saturday afternoon March 29 Leighton has soccer game in Cleburne at 12 noon.

New blog

Hey guys, SO yes Melissa and Rebecca i have copied your idea. Hope thats ok. I have decided to start blogging becaue life is getting so busy and the kids are getting involved in so many things. I thought this would be a great way for everyone to be able to check in and see what is going on with the family. With soccer, t-ball, drama club, and soon to be cheetleading and life in general there will be so many updates and pictures. hope you enjoy reading about our crazy life entering its new phase. No more babies...Now we have BIG kids. it is sure to be fun. love ya'll
